Return Policy

Merchandise purchased via our website can be shipped back within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.

All returns must be in original packaging and original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We suggest using a return service that provides tracking/delivery confirmation.

Upon receipt and verification, a refund of the original purchase price will be processed. Please note the time for the refund to post to the original payment method may vary.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item(s) received are incorrect or damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a photo of the full product in a well-lit area to mac@coastalpickle.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
